产品描述

MM32SPIN0268系列是银河集团官网MindSPIN旗下高机能的电机节制专用微节制器产品，使用高机能的 Arm® Cortex-M0+为内核的32位微节制器，工作频率可达96MHz，32位硬件除法器和硬件开方器。
-128KB Flash支持 ECC，8KB SRAM
-2个12位ADC，多达17ch，采样速度1Msps(3/products/mm32mcu/performance/mm32f_performance/%223V) / 2Msps(5V)
-1个针对电机节制的PWM高级按时器和4个通用按时器
-2个轨到轨仿照比力器
-4个OPA/PGA（x32 max）
-1个I2C接口、3个USART接口
-预驱工作电压高达 200V
-工作电压为：：2/products/mm32mcu/performance/mm32f_performance/%225V- 5/products/mm32mcu/performance/mm32f_performance/%225V
-工作温度领域（环境温度）：：-40℃- 105℃
-提供QFN48封装
